What is AKAWA?

AKAWA means ‘the one who finds the way’ (Persian) and ‘flow of love’ (Japanese).

AKAWA is more than an energy transmission, it is a reconnection with the universal energy field - the remembrance of the wholeness that you are. Compared to other systems, it is not channelled energy, but the connection to the field of consciousness that is always present.

AKAWA enables an accelerated Kundalini activation within you. The term ‘Kundalini’ here refers to its sacred meaning: as another name for the Divine. It represents here the total consciousness - more than just the life energy in the body. The acceleration only goes as far as this intelligent field opens up for you. So it is a gradual process. A beautiful journey along the river of infinite love.

This is your invitation to sit in the divine current and let the divine work through you and with you - no matter how high the waves are or how still the river can be.

AKAWA is therefore a passive process for the recipient. You simply lie on your yoga mat and will be in connection with the universal field. AKAWA is a path of surrender and liberation that creates opportunities for higher states of consciousness and a deeper connection to source.

Possible experiences range from the perception of energy, the release of emotional and mental blockages, visual experiences and visions to movements of your physical body, non-dual states of being and so much more.

The AKAWA journey

On a biological level, your body remembers its healthy, original state in the field (the divine blueprint). AKAWA supports you in healing and developing your system on different energetic levels and enables a deeper integration process. On a physical level, these sessions can lead to spontaneous movements and the release of emotional blockages (through laughter, crying, etc.). You have the feeling that energy is flowing through your body, which you can literally feel right down to your fingertips. However, these are just some of the effects that can take place in a session. The release of these emotions and movements allows the energy in your system to flow freely again and can be reflected in your everyday life. Participants report feeling happier, suddenly quitting smoking or other addictions, improving their relationships with other people or changing other aspects of their lives for the better. It is a gradual process that is initiated and the field of universal energy opens only as far as the participants are willing to go.

When you take part in a session, you lie down on a mat and close your eyes for the duration of the session. Music is played and your only task is to relax and let go. Whatever arises, be it movement, stillness, visions, nothingness, voices - let it happen. Everything is based on surrendering and listening with your essence. The energy knows what is best for you in each moment and each session will be different. Your facilitator will support you by activating points on your body, focussing on the energy points, different chakras and meridians.

What happens during the AKAWA session?

You lie comfortably on a mat, music plays, you relax and come to yourself and your inner world.

There is no active action for you. Allow the energy to flow through you and do what is best for you at that time. This can be something different in each session. As a facilitator, I support your process by helping you to get back in touch with the universal abundance.

It is your process and as unique as you are, so is the spectrum of what you can experience. Letting go of your capacity and surrendering to the energy and the universal source opens up the depth of the process. Only when you lovingly let go of your expectations do you surrender and open yourself up to the magic.

During a session, your perception can range from feeling a subtle flow of energy to experiencing non-dual states of being. Spontaneous movements may occur - and inner images, emotions and deep insights and realisations may emerge. The process can energetically support the transformation of physical, emotional and mental blockages. The harmonising effect on the central nervous system in turn supports a deeper integration of energy into daily life.

People report that through this work, unpleasant behaviours or addictions have suddenly disappeared effortlessly, they experience greater peace of mind, deeper relationships and more synchronicities in their lives - or their lives have generally changed in a positive direction on many levels.

Even if nothing is deliberately forced into the energetic work, the reconnection to the source is a kind of transformation. Be aware that unprocessed emotions can sometimes be released as a result. This is an important part of the process. Through the wisdom of the energy, only that and as much as is good for the respective participant in the current moment ever happens. The more you can surrender to the source, the deeper you go with each new experience... layer by layer... deeper into yourself...

What experiences are possible with AKAWA?

  • Perceive energy: You may feel the energy flowing through your body, pulsing, creating warmth or coolness.

  • Release emotional and mental blockages: You may feel blocked emotions and how they release. You may want to scream, cry or laugh. Any emotional release is welcome.

  • Visual experiences: You may see images, lights or colours or have visions.

  • Movements of your physical body: The energy may want to move you. Mudras, stretches, yoga postures, dance or shaking can flow through your body.

  • Non-dual states of being: You can glide into a state of oneness in which happiness and love flow through you. Deep insights and realisations can accompany you.

  • and so much more: Release layer after layer of your conditioning and perceive yourself in your true nature. Experience your deep inner truth and authenticity.

10-20% of participants may not feel anything in the session. But even they report life-changing experiences in their daily lives. And that is the most important thing. Everyone is more or less sensitive to this energy, it's just a matter of time, some people need more time than others.

Do you need prior knowledge?

No, you don't need any previous knowledge. At the beginning of the session I will give a short introduction and do a demo. However, it makes sense to watch the 2-minute video beforehand.

Here is some preparatory information

Ideally, you should eat only something light in the 2-3 hours before a AKAWA session. Drink plenty of fluids (avoid excessive coffee)... The lighter you come, the better. Eating is not possible in the course room and I recommend that you do not consume any stimulants or alcohol 24 - 48 hours before the session. I also ask you to arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the start of a session so that you can arrive in peace.

It is best to come to the AKAWA session each time with an open mind and a beginner's spirit. Whether someone is sensitive to these energies has nothing to do with experience or practice, but with relaxation, letting go and surrender. It's not about knowing, but about feeling and letting things happen. And no matter what your first session was like, every subsequent session will be different - just as it is right for you at that particular moment.

Questions and answers:

  • AKAWA is an energetic tool that, when you embrace the transmission, aligns your system with your true nature so that it naturally begins to rediscover your essence that you have forgotten or covered up for so many years.

Through the empowerment and expansion of consciousness that you receive through the Transmission, you begin to vibrate very differently and gradually realise that you want to make changes in your life to heal, to be fully you and to embody that vibration. These adjustments may lead you to want to make personal or professional decisions that are not always easy.

  • AKAWA is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, examination, diagnosis or treatment. AKAWA is not recommended for people with severe mental disorders, who are prone to mania, epilepsy, delusions, schizophrenia or psychosis, or who are taking strong psychotropic drugs. By booking, you confirm that neither of these apply to you and that you are in good health.

Before the session, you will inform me of any relevant medical diagnoses or physical limitations. If you are pregnant or in the postnatal period or after a surgical procedure, your booking confirms that you are attending the AKAWA session on your own responsibility or with the consent of your doctor. You also confirm that you have decided to take part in the session on your own responsibility and at your own risk.

Participation is the responsibility of the participant.

  • Ideally, you should eat only something light in the 2-3 hours before a AKAWA session. For example, fresh fruit or a vegetable soup. Experience shows that it makes sense not to eat directly before the start of the session.

Drink plenty of fluids (avoid excessive coffee)... the lighter you come, the better. Eating is not possible in the classroom. I recommend that you do not consume any stimulants or alcohol 24-48 hours before the session. I also ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of a session so that you can arrive in peace.

  • If you have given your consent at the beginning of the session, it is possible that the AKAWA facilitator will sometimes gently touch the energy centres or meridian points on the body to support the processes. However, work is predominantly only carried out in the energy field, i.e. at a distance from the body. How the AKAWA Facilitator works can be seen very clearly in this short video. https://youtu.be/fj5cnS-tk34?feature=shared

  • In the venue there are yoga mats, that you can use, but you can bring a yoga mat, if you want to, on which you can lie comfortably for an hour. A woollen blanket alone is not ideal as it will slip when you move. Put on comfortable clothes that you can move freely in - and preferably in layers so that you can put something on or take something off if necessary. Many people find it rather cool due to the relaxation during the process and are therefore happy to have thick socks. (Shoes are removed at the entrance and are not allowed in the room). Pillows and blankets are not recommended.

It is also useful to bring a bottle of water and something to write with if you want to take notes after the session.

  • AKAWA means ‘the one who finds the way’ (Persian) and ‘flow of love’ (Japanese). This process doesn't just end after the AKAWA session, it begins with it. So it is not primarily about what you may experience during the activation in the AKAWA session, but about the changes it may bring to you and your life in the longer term. On this path of spiritual growth and into higher states of consciousness, emotions can sometimes show up that you may not have previously allowed. It is also possible for someone to experience physical blockages again for a short time. This process, which is triggered by the divine energy, supports you in transforming energetic blockages and connecting with your higher self. What this process looks like or how it works is completely individual to each person.

  • Yes, I also give AKAWA as online sessions via ZOOM. Just leave me a message and I will tell you the planned dates.

  • A 1:1 Session is a confidential opportunity to receive AKAWA more intensively. An individual session that is specially tailored to you. Experience a deeper connection and more intensive activation in a protected, personal setting. The investment is € 150€.
